Creating a new experience
HaircarebySen, a rapidly growing haircare brand, had an outdated website that lacked the visual and functional appeal to keep up with their expanding customer base. The site’s navigation was clunky, with high bounce rates and low conversion rates.

User feedback indicated that the product pages were too basic and failed to highlight the unique benefits of the haircare line.Additionally, their social media channels were not fully integrated with the website, causing a fragmented user experience. Despite having a solid following, their conversion from social traffic remained low.

HaircarebySen approached us at Fiducia Development to help them reimagine their online presence. The goal was to increase website conversions, improve the overall user experience (UX), and streamline social media engagement with the website.

To address HaircarebySen’s challenges, we redesigned their website with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), creating a streamlined user experience that made it easier for customers to navigate and complete purchases.

We enhanced the product pages with 3D graphic models, allowing customers to interact with the products in a more engaging way, showcasing the details from all angles. This gave the site a modern, interactive touch that increased user confidence in the products.

In addition, we integrated HaircarebySen’s social media platforms directly into the website, connecting their Instagram and TikTok feeds to the homepage and product pages. This strengthened the brand’s online presence and created a seamless shopping experience from social media to checkout. Our work resulted in a visually stunning, functional website that significantly improved user engagement, brand perception, and overall sales.
