2.1 Paid Consultation Fees
All consultation bookings require full payment in advance. This payment secures your time slot with our team.

2.2 No Refunds for Completed Service
Once the consultation call has taken place, you are not entitled to a refund for the service. This is because we have already allocated our time and resources to provide you with the consultation.

2.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation (“No-Show”), you will not be entitled to a refund. The payment made for the consultation is non-refundable in such cases.

2.4 Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your consultation through our website (if the site functionality allows for it) within the timeframe stated at the time of booking. After the allowed timeframe, rescheduling may not be possible, and any fees already paid are non-refundable.

2.5 Force Majeure
In cases where events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, or other emergencies) prevent the consultation from occurring, Fiducia Development will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time. No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
